How does what you do in your role impact Customer Experience for our clients?

My team’s clients are basically Avtex employees. It’s our responsibility to make sure that all teams that are client-facing have all the tools and information they need by the deadlines. We make sure they don’t have any roadblocks or slowdowns to get client projects moving.

What parts of your job do you find the most satisfying?

The variety, interacting, being able to make a difference. Helping our employees be heroes in the field and seeing the accolades that role through. Knowing what we were able to do behind the scenes that made that possible is a huge win for me.

What makes Avtex a place you would recommend to peers and colleagues?

It is a unique environment. Avtex is a neat place because if you are self-motivated and driven and want to run with something-no one is going to get in your way. It’s flexible because we have people all over the United States and it’s a large variety. Whatever environment you work best in you have as an option. It’s everchanging so it’s fun to see things move and everyone has really embraced it instead of avoiding change.
