Jim Sheehan

Chief Operating Officer, TTEC Digital

Jim has a proven track record of leading global technology professional services organizations. Jim was previously a partner and COO of PowerObjects for over a decade where he managed the sale to HCL in 2015. After the sale, he worked for HCL for 4 years as an Senior Vice President overseeing the hyper-growth and global expansion of the Microsoft business applications practice.

Jim enjoyed a brief retirement before joining TTEC Digital in 2021 as the leader of the Digital Experience practice before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in early 2022. Mr. Sheehan holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas.
