Brian has over 20 years of experience as the primary partner & advocate for client technical and business executive leadership, building success plans with objectives, milestones, and KPIs, removing blockers, and ultimately enabling innovation for end business users. In his last role, he served strategic customers, orchestrated internal resources for clients to get the most out of complex ERP implementations, and mentored other Customer Success Managers on resolving escalated situations, gaining buy-in on get-healthy plans, and increasing user adoption.

His career path includes over 13 years of accountability for his teams to deliver on time and above customer expectations product and services implementations – spanning the entire client lifecycle from identifying opportunities, contract signature, implementation, through enthusiastic reference - to realize the business value of the services and products clients purchased.
