With the spring season comes warmer weather (or so I’m told), and one of my favorite Customer Experience-related events, CX18 hosted by Genesys. Avtex is proud to be a sponsor and exhibitor for CX18. We’ve sponsored the last several Genesys CX events – and Interactions before the Genesys acquisition of Interactive Intelligence – and have enjoyed the event more and more each year.

The show floor isn’t the only place where Avtex will make its mark on CX18. Our own Chief Experience Officer, Kurt Schroeder, will offer his insight on creating customer admiration. Kurt’s presentation, “Turning Your Contact Center into a Source of Customer Admiration,” is part of the Partner Track of breakout sessions. During his chat, Kurt offers insight into the importance of projecting warmth and competency during contact center interactions, the science and research demonstrating the importance of these attributes, and the barriers many organizations face when attempting to develop them. It’s sure to be a funny and enlightening presentation.
