Avtex Hires Dayanand Gaikwad as Director of Retail and Commerce for Global Delivery Center in India

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – April 9, 2021 – Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company, has hired Dayanand Gaikwad as the Director of Retail and Commerce for their Global Delivery Center (GDC) in India. As today’s retail landscape continues to evolve, Avtex recently added a Retail and Commerce practice to help clients deliver unified and personalized experiences, and this practice extends that reach to India.

Dayanand joins Avtex with nearly 20 years of account management, implementation, technology, delivery, and leadership experience, including managing offshore teams.

Dayanand brings experience of new practice and capability development and enterprise scale project execution using the Global Delivery Model in Microsoft’s Dynamics ERP space. He has built and managed teams over 200+ delivering projects across the US, APAC, and EU regions.

As the Director of Retail and Commerce at the Avtex GDC, Dayanand will be responsible for growing and leading the GDC’s Retail and Commerce practice. He will work towards building this new offering and expand their Microsoft Dynamics solutions portfolio, continuing to further position Avtex has the foremost Microsoft partner by transforming CX across sales, service, and marketing. Dayanand will be responsible for building the right team, solution offering and execution backbone to help customers transform retail by delivering unified, personalized, digital shopping experiences.
