Avtex Hires Biplab Mandal as Executive Vice President of Services and Strategy
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – March 30, 2020 – Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company, announced today the hiring of Biplab Mandal as Executive Vice President, Services and Strategy. In his most recent role, Biplab led the Global Delivery team at PowerObjects - with a team of 1000+ employees across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and India - delivering programs and generating over $100M of revenue.
Mandal joins Avtex with more than fifteen years of leadership, transformation, technology, delivery and global experience.

Mandal began his career at Infosys as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant. During his tenure at Infosys, he worked as a Global CRM Lead, implementing CRM across various global geographies and experience cutting across CRM versions. In 2011, Mandal joined PowerObjects, and went on to lead their award-winning Salesforce to CRM migration program in a record 87 days. Within a year, he was running the entire Dynamics Practice at PowerObjects. Mandal played a critical role in PowerObjects's exponential growth, their successful acquisition with HCL in 2015, global success in new geographies, and incubation of offshore business and maturity in the enterprise and transformation space.
As the Executive Vice President of Services and Strategy at Avtex, Mandal will be responsible for leading consulting and delivery, managed services and the project management teams. Collectively, these areas represent the backbone that positions Avtex as the foremost Microsoft partner transforming CX across sales, service and marketing.
