Avtex Confirms No SolarWinds Orion Products Used for Internal or Client-Facing Operations

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – January 11, 2021 – Avtex Solutions, a full-service Customer Experience (CX) consulting and solution provider focused on helping organizations build meaningful connections with their customers, members and constituents, has released the following statement regarding the security breach associated with SolarWinds software and the Orion platform:

"After a thorough review of our internal and client-facing operations, we can confirm that Avtex does not utilize any of the affected SolarWinds Orion products," said Brian Vinson, Avtex Information Security Officer. "While we do not utilize any SolarWinds Orion products, we continue to proactively monitor the SolarWinds Security Advisory, as well as assessments by independent security researchers, for any changes that may impact our computing environments and our clients."
