Avtex Broadens Scope and Functionality with Acquisition of Adapt Telephony Services

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – August 20, 2018 – Avtex, an end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) consulting firm, announced today its acquisition of Adapt Telephony Services, LLC, a contact center solutions provider based in the Chicago area.
